1) You must agree to the terms and conditions (AGB) before you can join the Edition Strong Fems member area. Please read them carefully!


2) The agreement for using the fee-based online pages at www.strong-fems.de is concluded between Carsten Brieger (editor of the Edition Strong Fems) hereafter called "strong-fems.de" - and the customer hereafter called "customer".


3) The customer attests that the customer is over the age of 18, and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement, and that viewing and using the material presented on the strong-fems.de-pages does not offend the customer's national laws.


4) The permission to access entitles the customer to view and to download photos and clips for his own use only. This permission to access is not transferable. Use by persons other than the customer will result in a cancellation of the permission to access.


5) Prices:

EUR 5,80* (incl.VAT) for a 14 days access permission.

EUR 5,80* or 6,80 (incl. VAT) for a 28 days "trial" access permission and
- EUR 9,80* (incl. VAT) for the continuing 30 days access permission

EUR 9,80* (incl.VAT) for a 30 days access permission.

EUR 25,00* (incl.VAT) for a 3 months access permission.

EUR 40,00* (incl.VAT) for a 6 months access permission.

EUR 70,00* (incl.VAT) for a 12 months access permission.

*Notice for credit card payment customers: Credit card companies may takes extra fee for each billing process


6) The Customer is responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the images and clips section.


7) All material displayed on the strong-fems.de-pages is strictly copyrighted by Carsten Brieger (editor Edition Strong Fems). Strong-fems.de gives limited permission to customers to download images and clips once only for their sole personal use. Copying, sale, hiring, lending, public performance, broadcasting, redistribution, and any other form of reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited unless specifically authorised writing by Carsten Brieger (editor Edition Strong Fems).

The material on the strong-fems.de-pages is for the customer's private, non-commercial enjoyment only. Any other use is prohibited.


8) Any liability of strong-fems.de, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause or action, shall be strictly limited to the amount already paid by or on behalf of the customer to strong-fems.de.

Strong-fems.de cannot take responsibility for problems outside its direct remit (i.e. providers or telephone companies).


9) The customer's personal data collected through the transaction procedure will be treated strictly confidentially. No third party shall have access to this data nor will any part of this data be given to a third party.


10) The customer must keep his/her access permission identification strictly confidential. Unauthorized access to the images and clips section constitutes a breach of this agreement and a violation of law. Transmission of customer's username and/or password to a third party is strictly prohibited.


11) Any interpretation of the contents, rights and obligations of this web site shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The only legally relevant text is the original text of the AGB in German language. The exclusive legal venue for everything connected with this agreement is Hamburg (Germany)
